How do we define excellence and how ambitious are we in our pursuit of excellence? As public service spending pressures intensify and demand for public services increases, doing more or the same with less will define our leadership challenge over the coming years.
At our Spring Conference, speakers from other public services and from private industry will share their own experiences of delivering improved quality, reducing waste and releasing capacity using a range of lean methodologies and business process improvement techniques.
